Black hair die in bottle??

Someone told me to use a spray bottle with a couple drops of black hair die and show sheen mixed up. They told me to spray it on him, and wait however long the box/containers says and rinse it off.

I have NEVER heard of this.

Any of you use this??

Can you tell use what the point of the black drops is? O_O Are you wanting to improve his color or something?

From my understanding, that is what she said she has used on her horse before that was black but sunbleached.

I wouldn't do that to my horses.. Not that I could. They are all paints, and that would be kind of tricky to not have a VERY spotty looking horse.

I was just wondering if anyone has ever used this method, and if it worked?

I didn't believe her when she told me.
