Corn or Canola?

Hey I was wondering what works better to shine a horses coat corn oil or canola oil? And how much do I put in his food?

I don't know a lot about canola oil, but in my nutrition class our professor noted that the omega 3: omega 6 ratio in corn oil isn't ideal (too much omega 6s which block the omega 3s). I know soybean oil is really good to use. If you would like I can email my professor.

I use Mazola corn oil. It's done great things for my girls' coats, and there hasn't been any change in their personality or weight or anything. You just give them a tiny bit.

Flax is good for coats too. And probably more healthy.
