The bottle would lead one to believe that it's a "cure-all" for skin issues. After grooming, I've been spraying Krudbuster on various things, remaining scratches, rain rot on the inside of hind leg, and balding spot on tail where he seems to be scratching himself. Does Krudbuster really help with all of these things?

Its an "also use" thing for me. I think it really does help clear away all the other medicines and old scabs when bathing. I spray it on wait the 5-10 minutes then use a scrubber on the areas. I then reapply whatever medicine we're using, usually an anti-itch/antiseptic salve like bag balm. I rinse it off after the scrubbing.
I have a skin allergy prone filly :D

I've also used it successfully on scratches.. cleared it right up.

I tried it on a rain-rot-type-fungus-y-thing that one of my horses had on his forehead - wasn't clearing it up after about a week and half, but I think my bottle might have been old. Schreiner's cleared up what was on his face pretty quickly.

My professor's horse had a big spot of hair and skin taken off, and he's been using that on him - I was initially skeptical when he showed me what he was using, but it's been working really well. I just know the Cowboy Magic Green Spot Remover was my best friend when I worked with a barnful of gray (green!) Arabians.
