Easily-put-together costume?

I'm going on a charity trail ride on Halloween, and they're going to have a costume class after the ride. However, we only have a limited amount of time to put the costume together, and we're not allowed to wear it on the trail ride. I've really been wanting to paint my mare as a zebra, but that would take way too long.

We have a blue-eyed black mare and a strawberry roan pony gelding. Any ideas?

Cowboys and Indians! The cowboy one isn't really so much of a costume as the indian one.. but if you had the horses together it would make sense :P
The roan is obviously the one to dress up as an indian.

Aww! I am going to dress up as Tinkerbell, and Bo is going to be Peter Pan. As I am short on money, I can't do anything fancy, so he is wearing a Peter pan hat, a green cloth around his neck to resemble peter pan's green outfit, and brown pany hose around his legs as peter pan's shoes xD

You could dress them up as Tom and Jerry!!!

I owned a dark bay mare who I took to a costume class and we dressed up as a ring wraith from lord of the rings and the evil horse. All I did was wear a big scary cape and Leia had a weird bridle on. It worked.

Thanks for the awesome ideas, guys

We have a couple different horses, now, though. We have my blue-eyed black mare, a 16hh buckskin gelding, and a little black and white paint gelding. No more roan pony.
