For years we always used swave apple scented lol. Sure did make them smell amazing! I should get some more, but havent really seen any. Anyone know if they still make the apple scent?

Otherwise we have just used either mane n tail or whatever is lying in the shower

When you say apple, do you mean the green apple? They still make it :) I love the smell of it.

My sister gave me two big bottles of Cowboy Magic Shampoo & Conditioner for Christmas(: It makes them SO soft and they smell good!!

The hills were bathed in moonlight, the shadows not so stark;
Silver light reflected off his brown hide as he held me in the dark
I love you, Mudpie!

Orvus Paste, started using it when showing market steers in FFA and been using it ever since. It's inexpensive and I use it on the dogs too. I don't like using human shampoo the ph is different and if I am bathing frequently it dries the skin out.

I quit using any shampoo that smelled like apples when my appaloosa decided he liked the taste of it and would chew my ponytail :)

As for me, I like the Eqyss Premier Natural Botanical. It has a nice scent, rinses well and makes the coat shine. It also seems to do a good job of resisting dust without making the coat slippery.

Yes human soap is not the best for frequent washes. We only bathed ours about once maybe twice a year lol
