Same question. Are you talking about the way a horse smells and he's just smelling like that more (i.e. The smell has become more noticeable or "stronger")?
I do know people who think horses don't smell nice (sweaty ones at least). I just attribute it to there being something wrong with their sense of smell
. While I'm sure horses, like humans, have their own individual odor they all smell pretty much the same to me. It's a bit different when they're sweaty, but I don't find that unpleasant either (the wool blanket I fold up and use for a saddle blanket doubles as the blanket I sleep under when I ride out to camp and I find the smell very pleasing).
So either you are one of the people who finds a strong horse odor undesirable or there's something wrong with the horse.
Is there anyway you can describe the smell? (although I have no idea how I'd describe what a horse should smell like.....smells like a horse
