We do a lot of showing, big shows. I would suggest black polish on the three black and clear on the white. But don't but black on white hoofs, it's incorrect :) x

This is very interesting! My horse has one black hoof and three black and white. I was just going to black all 4 as I know judges quite like that around here!

I would definitely make sure of the 'rules' regarding your show, as well as for your horse's breed...some breeds don't want any hoof paint...they have to be natural. Arabians being one of those. And then others want all black, regardless of leg color... Others would want clear only.

So, yeah, find out what's allowed for your show.
