I love the product! I use it once a week. Shouldn't need to use it anymore than that as long as you are grooming them daily. I occasionally use it twice a week if he has some really bad tangles that need to be worked out. I try not to use it when I'm braiding it seems to cause the rubberbands to slip out a lot easier. Great stuff! My horse has a great flowing tail with minimal split ends Another tidbit. Trimming the split ends off helps for new hair growth just like with our hair.
