Poll Plaits

While I was looking through the CHAPS rule book I noticed that it stated some horses such as youngstock could be shown with a poll plait or fully plaited depending on the shower. Now what is a poll plait? Google hasn't been much help so thought I'd ask on here.

A poll plait is one single plait behind the ear (or bridle in most cases). You don't roll it up.

It is very rare to see now mostly it is seen on Welsh section A's and B's and very occassionaly on an arab (although arabs tend to clip the mane away instead).
