Please help me and my horses tail!!!!

My poor little horse has a Tina Turner Tail!!! *this is when the top tail hairs stick up* please someone give me some tips on how to fix this problem without having to buy expensive materials!!!! Thanx and sorry if I have hurt and Tina Turner fans.

Well I use M.T.G you can get it at any local supply store. I love the stuff! My horse had rain rot, and I used it on that it cleared up, then I started putting it on his mane and tail---wow huge diffrence!! His top hairs started growing out on his tail and it thickened up! So did his mane! I also know the saddle bred people at my barn use it when their horses rub their tails. It is a little pricey, but it will last you forever! Good luck!

When I saw this topic I immediately thought MTG but someone already posted that haha. MTG is the best stuff I've ever used for manes and tails.. my horses tail never knots
A few months ago his mane was roached this is how its growing backk
