Recommended water-less shampoo?

I want to bathe my gray, but its winter and its freezing! I've heard about these shampoos that you scrub in and wipe off, but which one have you guys used that has worked best? Thanks !

If he's out of the wind, why not bathe and rinse just the dirty parts and towel dry him well.

Miracle groom bath in a bottle. It's the one in the purple spray bottle. My horse doesn't like having her face sprayed by the hose so I rub this on with a sponge or brush, let it dry then brush it off, and it gets rid of all the dirt and dust. She has a white face too. Hope that helps!
