Rider's Rasp?

Does anyone have an opinion on the effectiveness of this product? I came across it and though it was a novel idea for the barefooted horse owner to deal with small nicks. Anyone have any experience using a Rider's Rasp??

Search it. I asked the same thing not long ago. And apparently there are 3-4 topics about it. It wouldnt really work for someone who rounds their horses toes.
