Selling tail hair...?

I cut my mare's tail today because I want the bottom half to be as thick as the top half. It's down to her hocks, and the part I cut off is over 19 inches long and nearly 2 inches in diameter.

Where can I sell it? Will I get more money selling it as a mane/forelock/tail extension, or as hair extensions for people? What about hair models? I just got my haircut and my haircutter told me someone might pay $400 to use it on a hair model/mannequin.

Where do I start?

I'd just Google "selling horse hair" and see what comes up. Either that or offer it on craigslist.com
There are several individuals that make horse hair jewelry. You could Google them then offer it to one of them too.
