Should I reclip after rainscold?

My pony has recently had rainscold on his neck after being naughty to catch, he has a chaser clip and had developed rainscold, now the fur is growing back but in little clumps where the rainscold was, looks really untidy should I clip them off of leave them be?

I would just leve it. There summer coats should be showing themselfs soon and you might end up messing with it.I know what you are feeling my TB kinda has the same thing going on.
