Up until now, I've used horse razors. They're a few bucks a pop and are very easy to use, if that's something you'd be interested in.

Do I need to get them wet like you would for a person ? Or dry be okay...because I would think the dry razor would irritate the skin

So I clipped Cowboy's muzzle and he was awesome :) took about 10 minutes for him to get used to the noise and feel, but since he's never been around clippers before, he was amazing :)

His ears were a different story, he kept throwing his head, so I guess that's for a different day haha.

These clippers are actually wonderful for small stuff, and I recommend them to anyone needing cheap clippers just for an easy job :)
