I have a regular water heater in my barn, but got the Insta-hot May 2011. It has held up to all kinds of use & abuse.

Might not work if you want to permanently attach it indoors with the way the propane works though.

I use the same general thing but didn't purchase the entire setup. Look on the net for a propane camping shower, same thing and doesn't cost that much.
