    Tip of the day!

Everyday, someone should post a grooming tip like how to get a shiny coat, perfect plaits or super clean tails :P

    Oooo

    If I can remember right

I was told that if you use vasiline on horses hooves it keeps them from drying out and cracking. I know theres more but I can't remember.

When you're clipping and your blade is getting hot, put it flat side down on a piece of tile. It'll be cool in no time!

A silver paint pen over the clips on a horses' shoes really makes the foot "pop" when you go into the show ring!

Bathe a horse with oatmeal based shampoo to prevent tail or mane rubbing-it relieves the itch. Also, keep rubbed areas cleaned!

The use of regular people hair spray works miracles when braiding.

Vaseline works as a fly deterrant in ears, and it also makes faces shiny when showing :)

When you clean the hooves, always remember to brush off the outside wall of it too- so it looks nice!!
