The 69 fly sheet I have for the mare works well on her, but is a bit big if you try it on the gelding. Tough 1 are decent sheets. I got one last year for my horse and I still have it but I have needed to do repairs on it. Mostly the repairs were needed because the horse next to mine would grab it and pull back. I would buy another because like you I like the bright colors, that and my horse looks awesome in neon green.
Although I like Tough 1 they are not waterproof so if you're looking for a waterproof one then you should look at a different one.
