Where?

Where can I buy the Pennslyvania grooming breed rule book on how to groom ponies/horses for western shows. I own a chincoteague pony and if any one knows the rules for that breed (or the category a chincoteague pony is in) that would be great! If not, please give me a link on where to buy the breed rule book. Thanks a bunch!

Breed Rule Books can not be bought. A person has to join a Breed Association or Club in order to get a Rule Book.

Does whatever registry that applies to a Chincoteague Pony have a web site? The majority of breed registries have their rule book on line.

Though I doubt most rule books cover exactly what you are looking for.
