Will this be heavy enough to keep him warm

I have a Thoroughbred and I know they usually don't get hairy but my boy is special and does we want him to look good for shows in the winter that and make it easier to cool him off so we always body clip him but heres the thing we are moving sables fr the winter since its closer to where im showing all winter and he has a box stall right now but he is moving to a place where the only thing they have is a stall with a run we can close the door do you have a god pic? Since we shave him we were thinking of putting a heavy cooler under a medium weight blanket with a jammie hood... we live in colorado an considering the circumstances do you think he will be warm enough I will post pics of the blankets if that helps. They are both weatherbeta and the blanket it sais it 220 grams
Do you think theyll be warm enough with a neck jammie?
This is the cooler the blankets on bottom

Are you giving him a full body clip? I don't know how many grams my blanket is...but for horses with full body clips I put them in a heavy weight blanket with a hood.

Personally I think he will be warm enough since you have the two blankets. And a neck jammie?...is that a horse sleezie/slinky? Will he have an area to lay down with some straw as well.
