    I believe I read somewhere that the hay he fed the horses was actually supposed to be for cows. So why a vet would give horses hay for cows is beyond me.....

    That is very sad though :(

    Awe that's awful, how sad.

    Now I'm scared to feed my stallion his compressed 1500 pound bale of hay...Hmm, I'll just inspect it.

    At the rate quality hay is going up - I wonder how many more of these kinds of stories we'll be hearing about this winter - it's heart breaking
