Abscess?

So I have this picture of a horse, i'm thinking it's an abscess or is it a cut? I'm leaning toward abscess...

It's not infected i'm taking very good care of it, there is not green/white/yellow puss, there is only clear liquid...

I've been cleaning it Everyday with a bacteria killer...
and warm water.

Then i've apply a triple antiboitic to it which has a cooling effect in it!
then rub fly spray around it just in case the bugs come out early...

I'm putting a proud flesh killer on it too! :]

There is also a little halter rub on his cheek bones, and there bateria killer is /reddish(so his skin is orange/redish) and i'm leaving the halter off

P.s- He's eating his hay, and his grain just fine, and drinking as well, and pink gums!

Wow so this didnt work but the circle on the top highest one of all is a halter sore!

Nexted the one circle to the left of it is a rub, not a sore, orange red color due to bacteria killer i've applied

Last bottomest circle ABSCESS?

Could it be strangles? I don't know uch about it but.. I think it looks similar..?

I don't think so, no snoty nose...maybe though...the closet vet is approx. 6 hours away!

That looks like strangles busts to me.. but the no pus is throwing me.. Keep them scrubbed very well, and IF it should be strangles, whatever comes out of it is highly contagious to other horses

Okay! Yes that's why I don't think it's strangles, no puss, no snoty nose, and no cough...and he's a stallion, he's pastured by himself. Can't touch noses with other horses, and none of the other horses show signs...what else should I use to clean it? Any suggestions?

It's gotten alot better, I don't have pictures but will be getting some soon, he shrunk about 2times the original size!

It almost looks like bite wounds that have gotten infected, but what do I know??? Lol!
