Advice on this weather and thrush

AHHH!

Im battling a thrush issue and mud.. my fillys pen isnt the biggest and half of it is in mud and urine. I've cleaned her hooves and applied apple cider vinager but it seems like the next thing I know, they're always packed full of mud and whatever else. Im not winning this battle.
I was thinking of getting shavings and spreading them but if it decided to down pour again, im back at square one.
Im going to talk to the owner of the ranch and see if theres an open space inside I could snag...

Any other suggestions??

I wouldn't put shavings down if I were you. It'd work for maybe an hour and these they'd all get squished into the mud and it'd great a bigger problem in the end.

My best advice, is get her out of the pen, by anyway possible, and into a dry area that she can heal in. I know that's not real helpful, but that's all I got...LoL.

Just talked to the barn owner and she said I can have a pen inside the barn if I clean it up and put shavings down, done and done as soon I go back out there.

Im afraid that she's going to develope hoof issues since I have no idea how long she's had it. I got her almost two weeks ago and the second day I took her out and groomed her, I saw it and started treating it the next day. But then friday night, saturday and sunday all down poured alot and I couldnt visit her or take care of her hooves those three wet muddy yucky days so I could only imagine all that wet mud stuck in her hooves over the weekend didnt help..
:( im just worried..
