    BTW I mean barefoot 4 months.. not 8. Years here can seem a LOT longer in winter.. but they are still only 12 months altogether...

    Update: I longed Jette and he still had the occasional head bob noted going at the trot with his right front on the inside, then I got up in the saddle and long trotted and slow trotted both directions and NOTHING! He is not hitting toe first now with the wedge pads....
