    Allopecia in pony?

My fell pony has lost loads of fur from her face. Half her face is now completely bald and its still spreading. Had the vet nearly two weeks ago for this and swabs / skin scrapes /fur sample taken. All clear . Clear for mites etc. she has it no where else on her body yet only her face. Looks a right mess. She is not rubbing it out it is falling out. No open skin just smooth skin underneath which I am moisturising daily. All blood tests were clear. No hives or anything. Anyone else had any experience with this kind of thing my vet is at a loss. The only thing that's happened with her recently is she has an accident on the roads due to a piece of plant machinery 6 weeks ago (in process of making a claim against the company ) and had a bad time of it afterwards, was quite poorly and needed catheterising after. Any help would be appreciated x
