My horse has had lymes 3 times, each time treated with doxycycline, I've always seen only a slight improvement in his symptoms. He's kinda never been the same since the first time he's had lymes. I know the vets told me once they get lymes it kind of always stays in their system. During the winter he seems to be the worst, achy, lethargic, sensitive to touch. So I would like to try some kind of alternative to see if that may help with his symptoms. I was trying to see if anyone has gone this route and had any luck. But I definitely agree with you EPMhorse.
