Amazing story of the trouble they find- injury and recovery

Not my horse, but I read this amazing story today and thought HF members would appreciate it. The pictures about half way through- showing this gorgeous old boy who managed to impale his skull on a fencepost- are stomach turning, but it is moving towards a happy ending! The vet bills are staggering, and we often have those debates on these forums. Since it's not my horse and I don't know this woman, I can't say if I would make the same choices she did, but as a casual reader, I love to cheer for the underdog.
