Is AniMed still available?

i planned onswitching from trihist to anihist because its a better deal and i trust and use animed for other things. but i went to order the anihist and aniflex for my mare off horse.com and i can't find it anymore. and anywhere i do find it, its out of stock. did i miss something and it was recalled or something?

It is still available, I had been using it this summer. But what are you using it for?

I switched to Cough Free and not only is it cheaper but it works much much better.

From my brief google search it looks like they may not make Anihist anymore, but aniflex is still on horse.com Equine Supplements, Supplements for Horses & More - Horse.com

i know aniflex is still available, but i need anihist - she has IAD and it also helps with her allergies to bug bites. i can get trihist from the vet - for $40 for a 20oz supply.

This website says AniHist has been discontinued AniMed AniHist Antihistamine (20 oz.)

But I was able to find a website that does still have some(or at least it doesn't they are out of stock.
Anihist - HeartlandVetSupply.com

On AniMed's website(it doesn't say Anihist has been disc. there) they have HistAll and Spect-Aid, the ingredients are similar to AniHist. Performance, Nutritional and Health Care Supplements for animals.

I just read that Histall and Anihist are available again, licensed by Animed to a compounding pharmacy, DocLanes.com. I guess the FDA decided that a prescription is needed, so available by prescription only.

I tried AniHist for my horse last year and ended up switching to Cough Free as well. His cough continued to get worse on AniHist but cleared up within a few days on Cough Free. The downside is that Cough Free smells (and judging from my horse's reaction, tastes) terrible.
