Any body seen this before?

Can anyone tell me what this is? It's hard not a tick.. Looks like a pimple.. Ty for any advice :) also it does not bother him I brushed over it today :). .

Ty so I googled sarcoid it didn't say they got it on butt checks.? Can they get it there? Sorry for so many questions :)

They can get them any where and they can look different. My mares you couldn't see but you could ffel them under her skin. Hers were on her inner thigh. They can grow very large and it is less invasive to remove while small. Yours should be a pice of cake because with the location they could remove while standing. Mine had to be put under and they found several small ones.

I would get clean horse, or xterra. Any true bloodroot black salve will get rid of that. Cutting it off will likely cause more problems. Fifty bucks for a jar and it will be gone for good. That's what I use, and haven't had to reapply it. cleanhorse.com. BTW, this is not a wound salve, it's entirely different. I've noticed sarcoids are becoming increasingly problematic.
