Anybody know what these weird bumps are?

So Mango has these weird bumps of her chest. Nobody is really sure what they are and the vet will be looking at them in a few days but I really want to know now. Here's a picture I have of them that I took on my phone. They're really hard and scabbing.

How long has she had them? Are the horizontal lines from a neck cradle of sorts?

They kinda look like horsefly bites?

Horses are scared of two things... Things that move and things that don't.

Thanks guys. Hopefully they'll go away then. I don't know about her being in a neck cradle. I just brought home. She has them in a few other spots as well. she's been in a field for 9 months without much care. Her feet are in terrible condition as well. I'm just trying to get her looking and feeling better.

My friend's mare had ones like those. They were from worms. :) Be sure and ask the vet about that, and to recommend a good wormer.
