I get my neck adjusted about 4 or 5 times a year. I don't have severe pain like you did, but I get nerve tingling. After he cracks my neck, I am amazed at the mobility I have. Who knew a person's neck could rotate that far to left and right!

I didn't know riding was the cause immediately. About a week later, I went riding and the horse stopped quickly again, so I bounced. I felt my entire spine compress. I went back to the chiro not long after that, just as kind of a checkup on my neck and said it was caused by riding. He said riding messes with the skeleton so much and most riders have no idea how out of whack they are.

I know we talked about it one day when the vet was up doing everyone's chiro. The vet says his right side was off and his owner commented that hers was too. Vet and BO both said she should get herself adjusted because she's causing her horse to be out of whack.
