Aspiration Pneumonia Survival Stories

I am looking for some hope in the recovery of my Spotted Saddle horse who has been struggling in his fight with pneumonia for 11 days now. He means the world to me and I do not want to lose him. I know he has been given a very slim chance of survival but I am still hoping for the best and I am not ready to give up on him yet.

I would like to hear stories of horses who survived aspiration pneumonia, medicines they were on, how they are doing now, any other info and pictures if you want.
