Hi,
Have only skimmed replies so sorry if I repeat... What nutritional supplements does she get? I'd be speaking to a nutritionist. Magnesium is one mineral that comes to mind, as often deficient/imbalanced, that causes cramps.

She doesn't get any supplements (aside from joint stuff). Definitely something to consider!
