I don't think mine would drink the cheap beer. She'd only go for the snobby microbrews. Like me. :)

Tequila makes their clothes fall off. But hair?

Hmmm, I would have to steal the beer from Mr. AB. I am sure he does not want to share his beer with the horses.

Ha ha ha ha that's funny I'm going to have to try the beer thing because all mine still have hair.

I'm willing to try it. How did you give it? Just in a bucket or soaked feed in it? Cold or room temp?

Let us know how it goes! Woodstock likes his straight from the bottle or can, he's also been known to steal people's coke if it's left sitting in his reach

Aside from the amusement factor of this, why is everyone in such a hurry for horses to shed? Surely they do it in their own time, because it is still colder at night?

    ^^ Thank you!

I could see it being useful for a show or a Cushings horse, but otherwise why not just let them do it in their own time?

Well, I had one in MD years ago-sweating his butt off and just not shedding. Abnormal, truly, but it was the first season I had him. I put it in his feed, he wasn't particular about temp as I recall.
