Bit materials...

I was wondering what everybody's experience are with different bit material types...

Looking through a magazine there is: Steel, Copper, Sweet Iron, Happy Mouth, Aurigan.

I have an old Reinsman curb that's sweet iron, doesn't matter what horse I use it one they seem to like it. It sure makes for some sloppy rides with all the saliva they tend to produce.

...this was supposed to be in Tack and Equipment...help me out mods...I don't know what happened.
