Bloody nose... Again!

My horse had a bloody nose last winter. It was very light bleeding and only lasted for 5 minutes. He got a little worked up so I think he hit his nose.

Then in the spring, he got another one. This one again was very light and only lasted a few minutes. It worried me but I figured out that his bit was pinching his nostrils so I think that was the problem.

But, today he got another one! This on was a little heavier and it lasted for an hour. He did not get worked up this time nor did he hit his nose on anything. I am very worried :( I think it's time to call the vet and get him scoped.
