Is he part paint? If so, the color change may just be a part of his maturing. If he seems to be able to see out of it fine, then I wouldn't worry.

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/

You're welcome. I bet he's really pretty. Good luck with him.

If you think about it this happens in humans also. We're born with either brown or blue eyes. They SAY our eyes, if they change, do so before first birthday. I happen to remember when mine did. I was about ten. For a while I had one blue and one green. Now, they're both an odd color that I can't name. Both of my kids were also older when their eyes changed color.

Are you absolutely sure you wanna mess with my carrots?
