Bringing Vaccine from US to Canada across Boarder

Hi, I have a question about vaccine. I was wondering if anyone could answer a question I have. A friend of mine is in Maine right now.. and said that she can buy vaccine and wormer really cheaply there.. I have 10 horses and had the vet in to do shots two years ago.. and it was $2500!!!! Last year I bought the vaccine from another vet and gave it myself. It was still expensive but way cheaper than the previous year. I worked and did farm calls as a Vet Tech for four years, so have done many shots. My friend has dual citizenship.. and said she would bring vaccine for me, if I checked about getting it across the boarder.. Is there any problem with that? Hoping someone on here knows the answer! I don't want to have to sell a horse just to pay for vaccine every year... I usually give the Innovator-5. Thanks in advance for any info you can give me!
