I have heard of Majesty's Omega wafers, which have glucosamine in them, helping to calm horses as well. Maybe that's what she was on?

Barn manager has a horse on this for his terrible mane, tail and coat, and she also claims it has helped his focus. I considered it, but I needed something that was expressly for calming.
