Can I feed Porridge Oats to my horse??

I'm thinking of making a treat with carrots and oats. I can only get massive bags from my feed supplier so have bought some Porridge Oats- the ingredients literally say Ingredients: Rolled Oats.
They are just the Aldi Everyday Essentials- nothing fancy.

Are these ok to feed to my horse??

If oats are the only ingredients, then I don't see anything there that would be a problem.

I make my horses treats with oats, carrots, apples, and molasses and have had no problems thus far
