    changing feed

    I just purchased a horse and I was wondering how to go about changing the feed it was on to a different feed because I cannot access the same feed it was on where I live

    Start off with small amounts of what you want to feed them and increase it slowly until you are at the amount that you want. 1/4 scoop for one or two weeks, then 1/2 scoop for two and so on. If you feed twice a day, spread the 1/4 scoop over both feedings or 1/8 scoop each time.
