Clipping pregnant mare?

My mare is almost 10 months pregnant. We're thinking about body clipping her. Do you guys think that would be OK? Have you done it before? I'm thinking about clipping her with a clipper comb thing so her hairs not to short.
Thanks!

Before a made foals, they will shed out a lot of their coat.

There is no reason why you can't clip pregnant mare. But...you need to look at your weather and think if she will be warm enough being clipped. Anything below 55F, I wouldn't do it.*

Agreed...I wouldn't.
End of April? That hair will fall off when it needs to.
