    Yep, anti fungal treatment will help, but it is likely an indication of dietary deficiency. Horses with good balanced nutrition shouldn't be susceptible to the problem. Particularly paying attention to levels of copper, zinc, iodine....

    The title included 'dropped fetlock' which could be a far more serious issue. You didn't elaborate tho??
