    Could this Work?

I'm not much a chef, so I need some insight.

I use MTG on my horses for Rain Rot and Scratches. Some people don't like it, but I love it and its worked miracles.

Here's the deal, If I add Gelatin to the MTG would it make it thick? I want it to be more like a paste. But then again if it DID would it help the Rain Rot at all? Since the area needs air in order to kill the bacteria/Fungus. But I still think a thin layer of the MTG as gel or paste would work better to soften the scabs.
Another question, would the gelatin react with the Mineral oil or sulphur? Since you know, Noxiuos Mustard Gas is sooo not what I want my kitchen to smell like. Lol.

    Any thoughts?
