I looked at the pic but when enlarged the text was to blurry to read Could it possibly be a irritation where a bit pinched the cheek When I was young I accidentally bit the inside of my cheek and it over healed and sent to many repair cells and formed a lump tht I had removed it was non cancer Also maybe an abcess ??

Looks like a possible Sarcoid to me ... Just had one removed from Bones, came back Sarcoid(tumor, but benign) so usually once it is taken off and all the boundries are clean, it will stay away, but might possibly show up in another area.
Get the vet out, get it removed and biopsied, only way to know for sure.
