The eggs on their legs never went away, we've been trying to take them off with the bot knife but they keep getting more. Not like ALOT but enough to know they're there.

The temperture has been all over the place, when we wormed them the daytime temp was 70s, now its 40s-50s.

Rather than just deworming, you should really have a fecal egg count run on your horses to see if they still have a moderate to high parasite egg shedding. It's very likely that you don't need to deworm again just due to the type of paddock your horses are in. As for the bots, if you have had bot flies laying eggs since the last time you dewormed, then another dose of ivermectin would be a good idea now that the weather is cold enough that the bot flies are gone.
