    Post Deworming?

So I got a new filly who will be 1 in May. Can I deworm her with regular paste dewormer and follow a normal schedule or do I have to do something different? Thanks for any help! =)

You should definitely have a fecal egg count done if you don't know her deworming history. If she has never been dewormed you run the risk of impaction, colic and death by killing all the worms at once. Your vet will have more info on her but this is an age when we see the most impactions due to poor deworming early in life so you should be very careful.
