Diarrhea in yearling

Last night, as late as 9pm, my yearling had normal poop but 12 hrs later it is liquid?! The only reason I even know is because she pooped on my porch :/.
She was laying down when I noticed the mess but got up when I asked. I have watched her drink water & eat hay this morning.

My question is: is this a watch and see or call the vet?

It has come on so suddenly. The only changes have been just cut fresh hay, which my husband didnt give them much of yesterday so I had to hay them last night. And a little more pellets each day since they are both injured. I will clean her up & take her temp in a bit after I feed my human babies.

Could be a number of things. Just watch for dehydration, lethargy, and if she stops eating. If she is acting the same but has the diarreah get some probiotics. Its either sold in a tube like a wormer or you can buy it to put it in her grain.

If you can take her temp. 99 - 101.5 is normal. When is the last time she was wormed?

Wormed in April. Will do on the probiotics. Thank you.

She is laying down again but it is usual for her late morning nap.
