DNA TESTING FOR AGE AND BLOODLINE......

HAY, JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF ANYONE KNOWS IF I CAN HAVE A DNA TEST DONE ON MY AGED GELDING TO FIND OUT HOW OLD HE IS AND HIS BLOODLINE...ANY HELP ON THIS MATTER WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED...SUNNYGAITS...

There is nothing in DNA testing that is reveals to age.

As far as bloodline, probably not worth it unless you know the sire/dam or have a good idea and they themselves have been tested.

HAY, THANKS FOR THE INFO...IT'S JUST THAT I HAVE THIS AGED TENNESSEE WALKER AND THE VET SAYS THAT HE THINKS HE IS AROUND 28 OR SO, AND HE LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THE WORLD GRAND CHAMPION OF 1981...ALMOST EXACT MARKINGS, WHICH ARE VERY UNUSUAL...THE PUSHER C.G. SO IF YOU LOOKED UP ONLINE THE PUSHER C.G., YOU WOULD BE LOOKING AT MY OLD DUDE...JUST ONE OF THOSE CURIOUS, WANT TO KNOW KIND OF THINGS... THANKS AGAIN.....MARY MARGARET...
