Do Mares do this? Or is this rare?

Well last night I was grooming my Mare around 7-8PM and was working on her back legs down my her feet and noticed a few drops of blood on the ground. She was acting fine, her normal personality and was searching for treats all the time. She is pregnant. Is it normal for Mares to spot blood a little bit during pregnancy?

Umm, I am thinking no but I have not dealt with many pregnant mares.
Why not call a vet and ask.
